Illuminate, based in Kenilworth, was founded in 2013 by Lisa Whittleton and now has a team of trainers and consultants supporting businesses around the UK to create phenomenal places to work through practical, long-lasting solutions that build cultures that are proactive around mental wellbeing.
We work with SMEs across a range of industries who are:
– Aware of the increase in stress and anxiety levels generally but unsure where to start with reducing these
– Being reactive in terms of the support they offer rather than preventing / addressing concerns early
– Working in pressured environments and concerned about staff developing unhealthy working habits which are leading to burnout

Typically, we would complete a diagnostic tool with you, gather feedback and data and then help develop a wellbeing strategy to carry your business forward.
The specialist support we offer includes strategy development, diagnostic tools, training in resilience, mental health awareness, leadership development and Mental Health First Aid. We also deliver absence management and return to work services.
With a background in business psychology, we are certified facilitators of the psychometric tool ‘Everything DiSC’ which is widely recognised and evidence based. This tool compliments our wellbeing services and enables us to start a dialogue with you and your teams to improve overall awareness, communication, engagement, relationships and performance.
