FirstPro recognises and celebrates the individual achievements made by exceptional professionals in Coventry and Warwickshire, showcasing the depth and breadth of talent within the region.

An award for individuals, each category celebrates the leading professional within the relevant sector.

Nominees are assessed by an independent judging panel against the following criteria.

Performance at work

Judges look for nominees to be more than simply good at the job. They look for evidence the nominees consistently go ‘beyond the call of duty’, perhaps providing something extra to clients or making time to support colleagues beyond what might be reasonably expected.

While the nominee may work as part of a team, the award is in recognition of their individual contribution rather than that of the whole team.

Contribution to Coventry and Warwickshire

The award is Coventry & Warwickshire First’s FirstPro, so nominees’ contribution to the local area is assessed during the judging process.

The judges look to see the individual ‘puts something back’ into the local community or the region's business community. 

X-factor

Finally FirstPro winners have that all important x-factor, the indescribable element that makes someone very special.
