Resilience. Wellbeing. Self care. There are plenty of buzzwords, but what do they mean? What’s the impact for business? Over dinner, led by Sean Russell, Director of Implementation for the West Midlands Health Commission, we will explore these issues.
Sean and the West Midlands Combined Authority are leading on the Thrive at Work pilot, which is encouraging employers across the region to take an active role in supporting their employees’ wellbeing.
The evening will begin with a brief informal scene setting before being opened to a round table discussion, held according to the Chatham House Rule.
Places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. It will take place over a three-course meal in the private dining room at the Star and Garter in Leamington Spa. The cost for members is subsidised by Coventry & Warwickshire First, so attendance is just £12.50. The charge for non-members is £50.
