As lead consultant of Athletic Thinking and Managing Director of Coventry Rugby Club, Nick Johnston has extensive experience as a high performance consultant in both elite sport and the corporate sector.    Nick takes an elite sport approach to improving the performance of people and their businesses and will share with us how he identifies and nurtures talent, ensuring that individuals achieve their own potential and contribute to a team’s overall success.

Over dinner we will also talk about practical applications for developing the next generation of leaders, based on Nick’s experiences in both the corporate sector and elite sport.
