Private Lunch – Drive bottom line growth

Continuing our series of private, cross-sector events, we are holding a private lunch (12.30pm to 2pm) on Wednesday 12 October at the Star & Garter, Leamington Spa, to discuss the challenge of driving the bottom line growth of professional services firms.

Professional services firms operate in a competitive environment in which technical expertise is a given.  Those who combine effective teamwork and impressive productivity with the ability to get it right for clients stand apart.  But delivering this consistently is not easy.  Technology and new working methodologies promise much but it’s relationships that really make the difference.  Your business needs effective teams, people able to build strong relationships with clients, and all in the context of a well-defined, appealing position in the market.
